What I can Eat on the Low Reactive Diet

This Playlist contains some of the meals I have had on the Low Reactive Diet

Meats

Meats have to not processed and not seasoning other than Pepper & Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt.

  • Baked Chicken (it can be cooked at the supermarket)
  • Roast Lamb
  • Salmon
  • Fresh Fish
  • Beef Casserole or Grilled Steak
  • Turkey

Fruit & Vege

Fruit

  • Peeled delicious apple
  • Paw Paw (or Papaya for my Americans friends)
  • Peeled Pear
  • Banana
  • Rock Melon
  • Mango
  • Lychees

Veggies

  • Carrots
  • Celery (thankfully I grow this in my Aquaponics)
  • Potato
  • Pumpkin
  • Green Beans
  • Peas
  • Cabbage
  • Mung Bean Sprouts (which I sprout my own)
  • Cauliflower
  • Spinach
  • Shallots
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Sweet Potato
  • Choko
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Lettuce

Milk or Dairy Alternatives

  • Goats Milk (thankfully I have diary goats so this is an easy alternative)
  • Soy milk (which I wouldn’t touch if you paid me to LOL)
  • Pear Nectar
  • Cashew Cream (blend raw cashews with a little water)

Nuts

  • Cashews (you can cream it with a bit of water)
  • Macadamia nuts

Beverages

  • Mineral Water
  • Chamomile Tea
  • Pear Nectar or Juice
  • Dandelion Tea

Herbs & Seasonings

  • Parsely
  • Shallots
  • Pepper
  • Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt
  • Basil

Sweetener

  • Maple Syrup
  • and fruits 😉

Other

  • Rice
  • Lentils
  • Arrowroot or Tapioca Starch as a thickener
  • Millet
  • Rice Crackers
  • Hommus
  • Vegetarian patties
  • Sunflower Oil
