What do I do with my Orange Peels?

As you may or may not be aware there are certain things that do not go well in a compost bin or worm and one of those things are orange peels. So what do you do with orange peels?

During my PDC (Permaculture Design Course) Geoff Lawnton mentions that if you burn orange peels they break down into potassium or pot ash which is great for bananas

He also said if you are using ash you need to use it straight away or all the fine nutrient particles will already have leached into the soil.

So now you know what to do with all of those orange peels.
